1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid consulting services offered by Eliminationwashv, including individual workspace consultations, team workshops, and personalised sitting plan documents. Free educational content available on our website is not subject to this policy as no payment is involved.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between documents regarding refund matters, this Refund Policy takes precedence.

3. Service Descriptions and Pricing
Before purchase, we provide clear information about each service including:
- Service name and detailed description of what is included
- Session duration (typically 60 minutes for individual consultations, 90 minutes for team workshops)
- Total price including applicable VAT
- Delivery method (in-person at our Espoo office, at your premises, or via video conference)
- Expected deliverables (verbal guidance during session, written sitting plan document where applicable)
Final pricing is confirmed in writing via email before payment is requested. The price stated in the booking confirmation is the price you will be charged.
4. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to assist@eliminationwashv.world or by post to our Espoo address.
Exception for services already performed: If you request that we begin providing the consulting service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and the service is fully performed within that period, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been completely delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose the withdrawal right upon full performance.
5. Cancellation by the Client
5.1 Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Session
If you cancel a booked consulting session more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a full refund of any payment made, or alternatively, a free rescheduling to a new date within 90 days of the original booking.
5.2 Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Session
If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session start time, the following applies:
- Individual consultations: 50% refund of the session fee, or one free rescheduling within 30 days
- Team workshops: No refund due to preparation costs, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion subject to availability
- Personalised sitting plan documents: If work has not yet commenced, full refund; if drafting has begun, a partial refund reflecting work completed may be offered
5.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will wait 15 minutes past the scheduled start time for remote sessions before considering the appointment a no-show. For in-person sessions, please contact us if you are running late.
6. Cancellation by Eliminationwashv
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, technical failures, or force majeure events. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- You may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost
- We are not liable for any indirect costs incurred due to cancellation on our part beyond the session fee refund
7. Refund Eligibility After Service Delivery
Once a consulting session has been fully delivered or a sitting plan document has been sent, refunds are generally not available except in the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as described in the booking confirmation
- Technical issues on our side prevented delivery of a remote session and rescheduling was not possible
- You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with general educational guidance content must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery with a detailed explanation. Each request is reviewed individually. We provide general informational guidance and cannot guarantee specific personal outcomes from following our recommendations.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for booking
- Booking reference or date of purchase
- Service type (individual consultation, team workshop, or sitting plan)
- Reason for the refund request
- Preferred resolution (full refund, partial refund, or rescheduling)
Send refund requests to assist@eliminationwashv.world or by post to our Espoo address. We acknowledge receipt of refund requests within 2 business days and aim to process approved refunds within 14 business days.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Refund timeline after approval:
- Credit or debit card payments: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Bank transfers: 3–5 business days
- Other payment methods: As communicated at the time of refund approval
You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. The refunded amount will equal the payment received minus any non-refundable portions applicable under Section 5 of this policy.
10. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Late cancellation within the 48-hour window (50% of individual session fee)
- Sitting plan document partially completed before cancellation request
- Team workshop with reduced participant count after booking confirmation, by mutual agreement
- Service partially delivered due to client-requested early termination of a session
11. Disputes and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate the matter by sending a written complaint to assist@eliminationwashv.world. We will review escalated complaints within 10 business days and provide a final written response.
EU consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or use the European Consumer Centre Finland for assistance with cross-border disputes. The Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr is also available.
12. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of future booking privileges. We will provide relevant documentation to payment processors to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
13. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made. Policy changes do not affect refund rights for services purchased before the update date.
